A wake-up call can be created as follows:


  • the guest uses the room phone and dials the feature code assigned in the PABX  (Default *78 - time setting)
  • the guest uses his guest app 
  • the operator or front desk programs the wake-up time using the GUI interface.

Remarks: This will only work if the property is using the EHORS PABX. 

USAGE

Adding a Call from the GUI


  • Click the Add Button


A window will pop up where you can add the details.

  • Select the room number
  • Extension - data will automatically appear based on the selected room number
  • Guest Name - data will automatically appear based on the selected room number
  • CI/CO: data will automatically appear based on the selected room number
  • Set the wake-up date and time.
  • Set if the guest wants to have a daily wake-up call 
  • Set the no of snooze.
  • Dialed: This field will be filled automatically once the PABX System processed the wake-up call.
  • Reply: By default, the status is no. When the guest answered the wake-up call, this will be changed to "YES"
  • Click Submit when done



Removing or Editing a  Scheduled Call from the GUI

Click on the "edit" button and start editing the data.

Click on the "deactivate" if you want to deactivate the call.


To Check the Deactivated Call

Untick the "hide inactive box"
