This program is used for the internal transfer of an item from one location to another. Always remember that this program doesn’t fulfill the SR (stock request). Stock location transfer is based
on SM (Stock measurement).

Location Transfer Send
You should perform the location transfer send and location transfer receive at the same time.
- Go to the "location transfer send" tab.
- Type the name of the item that you want to transfer. It doesn't need to be a complete name. Click Search
- A new box will populate. Select the exact item to be transferred.
- Click Submit
5. Enter the Qty to be distributed.
6. Enter the remarks, this is optional.
7. Transfer Location send by the employee: By default, this will be the user who logged in. You can change the employee if the user is not the sender.
8. Submit Double check before you submit.
9. Print: Click this button to print the file and have it signed by the receiver.
Location Transfer Receive
- Go to "Stock Location transfer receive".
- Filter by: You can filter by Send Employee, From Stock Location, or To stock location.
- Enter the receive qty. Ehors will not allow you to receive more than the send qty.
- Transfer Location Receive by the employee: Search the name of the person who received the item. You can also add remarks (optional) before you submit them.
- Click Submit when done
