SET MENU MANAGER - Enables you to create a set menu. In one set menu you can define as many courses as you like, and per course you can define as many recipes as you like. Within one course you can also select the number of recipes if this needs to be more than one. The set menu button only works when you have created the menu under the set menu manager program.


Example of the set menu that I will be adding.

No of Pax: 3

Set Menu Price: PHP1,500.00

3 Courses ( Appetizer, Main, Dessert)

For each course, the customer can only choose one out of 2 choices


Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other properties.


To Add

  1. Click the "Add new record". Enter the Set menu name. This will also be the name that will appear on the receipt.
  2. Enter the description of the set menu.
  3. Enter the No. of Pax.
  4. Price: This is the total price of the set menu. The price will automatically be calculated from the total price entered for each course.
  5. Select the outlet(s) of where you want to sell the set menu.
  6. Select the meal period within which you wish to sell the set menu. 
  7. Course Name: Click the add new record, a new box will populate.



8. Enter the course name.

9.  Select the recipe type of the recipe you are going to add. 

10. Enter the maximum options that the customer can choose from the choice of recipe. 

11. Enter the course price.

12. Select the recipe(s) that they can choose for this course.

13. Select the printer. This is where the recipe will be printed.

14. Click Submit when done. It will bring you back to the main page. Please do not forget to click the "SUBMIT" button on the main page. This is basically the final "Save" of all the changes made.

Preview: Click on the preview button to check the overview of the set menu. 

Edit: Click on the edit icon, to start editing the that you need to change.

Deactivate: Click on the deactivate button if you want to make the set menu inactive.



Re-activate: UN-tick the box “hide inactive” to show the inactive records. Select the set menu name that you want to re-activate, click the "re-activate" button.
