If in one area there are multiple sales person and you want to be able to keep track on their reservation, adding a region and sub region will help to extract the data you need in order to calculate their commission.


The region can be the segregation of your sources. It can also be the segregation of the province.  The sub region can be the name of the area where the sales person is assigned to.

But it really depends on how you want to see it in your report.

For example:

To Add

  1. Click the button "+ Add new Record", type the Region name. Hit Submit or enter when done.


To Edit

  1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
  2. Click "submit" when done.
  3. Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.

To Delete (deactivate)

Double check first before deactivating any Region.

  1. Navigate to the Region name that you want to deactivate, click "deactivate" button.
  2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
  3. Click "ok".


To Re-activate

 

  1. UN-tick the tick box “hide inactive” to show the in-active records.
  2. Navigate to the Region name that you want to re-activate, click "re-activate" button.
  3. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
  4. Click "OK".
