This is a program which allows the user to create it's own questionnaires to be used in the CRM for any purpose of data collection.



Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other property.



To Add

Adding Question under Main Category

  1. Select the "add/edit button"
  2. Select the main category where you want to add the question. 
  3. Click the "Add new record" 
  4. Fill in all the related fields. For each question you have to define the Question type & the Value. The uniqueness of the sequence should be unique within one main category.
  5. You can also upload an icon. This is optional.
  6. Click Submit when done.


There are basically 5 Question types of questions and unlimited categories.

  • Open questions: These questions require a written answer from the guest. E.g. "Do you have any suggestions to improve our restaurant?
  • Closed questions: These questions are answered by yes or no.
  • Judgmental questions: These questions can have a range like 0-10, or 'Bad', 'Under Average', 'Average', 'OK', 'Good', 'Very Good', Excellent'  (CSV format)
  • Date: result in a date box
  • Quantityresult in a field with a numeric value (numeric stepper)


Adding Question under Sub Category

  1. Select the "add/edit button"
  2. Select the main category to which the sub category belongs to.
  3. Click the "Add new record" under the sub category you selected.
  4. Fill in all the related fields. For each question you have to define the Question type & the Value. The uniqueness of the sequence should be unique within one main category.
  5. You can also upload an icon. This is optional.
  6. Click Submit when done.


To Edit

  1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
  2. Click "submit" when done.
  3. Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes

To Delete (deactivate)

  1. Select the Question name  that you want to deactivate, click the "deactivate" button.
  2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
  3. Click "OK".


To Re-activate

  1. UN-tick the box “hide inactive” to show the in-active records.
  2. Select the Question name that you want to re-activate, click "re-activate" button.
  3. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
  4. Click "OK".


To Move Question

  1. Select the "Move Question button"
  2. Select the main category where you want to add the question. 
  3. Select the question that you want to move from the left box 
  4. Middle Box: Select the new main category
  5. Right Box: Select the new main category or sub category.
  6. Click Submit when done.
