This is the program that allows the user to set the number of tables per outlet. An outlet can have different sections, therefore tables can be created by section. 



Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other property.

To Add

  1. Outlet Name: Select from the list of outlet. Not all outlets will appear on this list, only the ones that has a status "restaurant" under outlet management program.
  2. Section Name: Enter the name of the section. A section name is unique per outlet. If you enter the same name twice, Ehors will display a message. 
  3. No. of Tables: Enter the number of tables for that section. If you enter "5" ehors will display the (sectionName#1-5). This will be the name of the table number by default.
  4. Table name: Go to each row and change the table name & number according to your layout. Ehors will not allow you to have a duplicate entry. Each table can be renamed but it must be unique. 
  5. Click "Submit" when you are done changing the table name.




To Edit/Deactivate


  1. Select the outlet name that you want to edit. 
  2. Select the section name. 
  3. If  you want to increase/decrease the number of tables, just change the no. of Tables . 
  4. If you want to rename the table names, select the table name that you want to change. Click submit when you are done editing.
  5. if you want to deactivate the table number, locate the table number that you want to delete. Click on "deactivate button next to the table name.

Whenever you edit a table name, don't forget to click submit. If you edit the table name and you move to another section without clicking submit.Your changes for that section will not be saved. 






To Reactivate

    SECTION In-active section will be displayed in red.

  1. Select the outlet name.
  2. Find the inactive section that you want to reactivate.
  3. Click the "reactivate button.



TABLE 

  1. Select the outlet name.
  2. Select the Section Name.
  3. Untick the "Hide In-active" box. 
  4. Locate the inactive table that you want to reactivate.
  5. Click on "reactivate" button.
