MENU PER OUTLET MANAGEMENTEach recipe can be used in multiple outlets with their own pricing, this program allows you to link a recipe to an outlet.

In the previous version, if an outlet has a room service you'll need to set it up twice, but now there is no need, the system allows you to enter two different prices. One for your normal selling price and one for IRD (In-Room Dining).

Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other properties.

  1. Select the outlet. Not all outlets will be shown here. Only Restaurant Type will appear on the list.
  2. Select the meal Period. Multiple Meal periods can be selected if the selected meal period has identical linking of the Menu category.
  3. Select the menu category. You can only choose one menu category per linking
  4. Select the Recipe type of the recipe that you are going to link. You can only choose one per linking
  5. Select the Stock location, this will be the stock location where the inventory is going to be deducted.
  6. Recipe: Tick the top box on the left to select "All", if you intended to link all the recipe's under the menu category selected. If not, only select the recipe that you want to link.
  7. Qty: This is just information for the user if the recipe selected is for good for how many pax.
  8. Costing: The value here comes from the recipe program.
  9. Margin: This is not editable in this program, this is the basis of the calculation for the min. Selling price.
    • Formula: Costing times margin plus costing
let say the margin is 150% and recipe costing is 100

      Ex (1.5 * 100) + 100 = 250 (Min. SP)

  10. SP (Selling Price): Enter the selling price for the recipe selected.
  11. IRD: This is the price that will be used in-room service. If the outlet selected provides room service.
  12. PLU: PLU stands for price lookup codes or price lookup numbers. This is normally used in fast food, retail & groceries store to easily identify the product.
  13. FOC: By default is unselected.
    • if Unselected, Ehors will not let you enter a selling price lower than the suggested min. Selling price.
    • If Selected,  The price can be zero or lower than the min. selling price.
  14. Section/Printer: You can now allocate a printer per section if you have multiple kitchens.
    • The user can select one or more combinations of sections & printers, each combination is added in the Section
    • Selecting a section is not mandatory, If no section is selected, the printer will be linked to the outlet. If only 1 printer is available, the printer is automatically pre-selected.
  15. Click Add Printer when done.
  16. Click Submit when done.
