MENU CARD LINKThis is where you link the menu category to an outlet. An outlet might have a different menu category. Select only the categories belonging to an outlet.

Important Note: Before you unlink a Menu Category, make sure that there is no existing linking in the menu per outlet program for this category.

  1. Select an outlet. Not all outlets will appear in the drop down list, only the outlet Type "restaurant" will be shown.
  2. The left box shows the meal period selected from the program "outlet management". Select the meal period that you want to link to the menu category. Rules: Multiple meal periods can be selected, but at least 1 meal period must be selected.
  3. Select the menu category belonging to the selected meal period. Rules: Multiple menu categories can be selected, but at least 1 menu category must be selected.
  4. Click submit when done.

In this example I will unlink the menu categories (wine & pizza) under the All day menu period.

  1. Select the outlet.
  2. The left box will show the overview of the existing linking. You can easily identify if there's an existing linking, the arrow next to the meal period box will appear.

I will be selecting the meal period "All day menu".

3.  After selecting the "meal period' of the menu category that you want to modify; tick the menu category that you want to add or untick only the menu category that you want to remove. All in one process.

4. Click Submit when done. After submit, only 3 menu categories left under "all day menu".

If you want to unlink all the menu categories completely under the meal period, the only way to do that is to remove the linking of the meal period under outlet management program.
