This program is used to monitor and record the services, repairs (complaints/request) that normally occurs in the hotel. This tool is very useful for the engineering and HK department. This will also replace your manual logbook. The service center is divided into two types:

  • Guest Service
  • Repairs

Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other properties.

To Add

  1. Click the "add new record".
  2. Enter the name of the Guest service/repair that you want to add. The name cannot be duplicated.
  3. Type the description, the description can be the same as the name.
  4. Department: Select the department that will fulfill the task.
  5. Service type: Click the radio button if it's Guest service or repair.
  6. Show TV: Click "yes" if you want this task to be shown on TV. This would mean that the guest will be able to select this from the Television if you are using the GMS of Ehors. 
  7. Assign Duration: The time that the operator has to assign the task to the relevant person or department.
  8. Job Duration: Each task has a number of minutes defined within which the task has to be completed from the moment it was assigned. If the task is not completed the status will change to overdue.
  9. Return Item: There are item(s) requested by the guest that needs to be returned. Examples of these are Iron, Iron board, phone charger, etc. Click return "yes" if it's a returnable item.
  10. Click "submit" when done.


To Edit

  1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
  2. Click "submit" when done.
  3. Click "Cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.

To Search

Select the filter icon and select from the drop-down list.

To Delete (deactivate)

  1. Select the service/repair name that you want to deactivate, click the "deactivate" button.
  2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
  3. Click "OK".


To Re-activate

  1. UN-tick the box “hide inactive” to show the inactive records.
  2. Select the service/repair name that you want to re-activate, click the "re-activate" button.
  3. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
  4. Click "OK".
