EHORS PROGRAM GROUP MANUAL

An E-hors program group belongs to an E-hors program module.

Each group represents a collection of user programs belonging to the same type of activities or purpose.

Remark: For the Program Group Directory, the "path" field can only allow character "/".

To Add

1. Click the button "+ Add new Record", Select from the list of program module where the program group belongs to. Enter the Program group Directory and select the sequence by clicking the arrow up & down key or type the sequence number. Hit Submit or enter when done.

To Edit

1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
2. Click "submit" when done.
3. Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.

To Search

Select the filter icon, and select from the drop down list.

To Delete (deactivate)

Double check first before deactivating any Program Group.

1. Navigate to the Program Group name you want to deactivate, click "deactivate" button.
2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
3. Click "yes".

Show In-active

UN-tick the box to show in-active records.

To Re-activate

1. Navigate to the Program Group name you want to re-activate, click "re-activate" button.
2. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
3. Click "yes".
