The function "Confirmation Letter" allows the staff to send a confirmation letter with or without pro forma invoice and attachment.


Before you can send any letter to the guest, those letters must be created first in the system under Admin & System> Customization> Forms Designer.

How to send a Confirmation Letter?

Notes: This is not only for confirmation letters, this is also for tentative & Quotation letters. 

  1. Search the reservation using the filters.
  2. Click the search button. A new pop-up will appear, showing the result of your search criteria.

       3. Select the reservation. Click "Continue with selected reservation".

       4. Select the folio by ticking the box. Navigate to Reservation Functions Tab, and then locate the Confirmation Letter function. Ehors will show the list of the letters, this could be confirmation, Quotation, or Tentative.

       5. Select the exact letter that you want to send. You have the option to send it by email or you can just preview the letter by clicking print. You can also send an attachment.
