A reservation can only be canceled if there's no payment on the folio and if the status of the guest folio is (Reserved, tentative, or Quotation) or if the room has been canceled because, in Ehors, the room can be canceled individually without having to cancel the whole reservation. 

How to cancel a reservation?

  1. Search the reservation that you want to cancel. 
    1. Search by reservation ID: Enter the reservationID and click enter
    2. Search the reservation using the filters, the result will be based on the search criteria. Select the reservation and you will be redirected to the 2nd page
  2. Go to the Reservation Functions tab and locate the "cancel reservation". (image 2)

After clicking the "cancel reservation function" a message will appear. Are you sure you want to cancel this reservation? Click OK

Enter the reason for cancellation and click "submit"

To check the list of the canceled reservations. 

Tick the "canceled" status and then click search. This will show you all the canceled reservation
