The purpose of this program is to categorize the BDI's by purpose. Usually many BDI's are created and reports would become unreadable if there would be no proper organization within the different BDI's.

Remarks:  Adding new record affects all properties within the group. This means add new record is all, edit and delete is per property.


Example of BDI Categories in a Hotel, Resort & Themepark.

  1. FO BDI
  2. BQT BDI
  3. HK BDI
  4. FOOD BDI
  5. BEVERAGE BDI
  6. ATTRACTION BDI
  7. DIVE BDI
  8. SPA BDI
  9. RETAIL BDI


To Add

  1. Click the button "+ Add new Record", type the BDI Category description.
  2. Hit Submit or enter when done.



To Edit

  1. Select the BDI Category that you want to edit.
  2. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
  3. Click "submit" when done.
  4. Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.



To Delete (deactivate)

  1. Select the BDI Category that you want to deactivate, click "deactivate" button.
  2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
  3. Click "OK".




To Re-activate

  1. UN-tick the box “hide inactive” to show the in-active records.
  2. Locate the BDI Category that you want to re-activate, click "re-activate" button.
  3. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
  4. Click "OK".
