This is where you create the profile of the bank account that will be used in LOA and the text file of the batch processing program.

Remarks: This is a "Per Property" program.


To Add

  1. Click the button "+ Add new Record".
  2. Enter the Bank Name
  3. Bank Address
  4. Country
  5. State
  6. City
  7. Swift Code
  8. Contact Person
  9. Email
  10. Hit submit when done. 
  11. After clicking submit, it will redirect you to the next tab, the "details"



12.  Enter the Account number

14. Account Code - this is your own identifier, so you can just enter the last four digits of the account number.

15. Hit submit or enter.

16. Repeat number 12 to 15 if you have multiple accounts under the same bank Name.



To Edit the bank name

  1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
  2. Click "submit" when done.
  3. Click "cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.

 

To Edit the details 

  1. Locate which bank details you want to edit and click on the row. It will redirect you to the "details"
  2. Start editing the data
  3. Click submit when done.


To Delete (deactivate)

  1. Click the "deactivate" icon
  2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
  3. Click "OK".
  4. All related bank details under the bank name will also be deactivated.



To Re-activate

  1. UN-tick the tick box “hide inactive” to show the in-active records.
  2. Navigate to the bank name that you want to re-activate, click "re-activate" button.
  3. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
  4. Click "OK".
