This feature is 100% the same as the program Room Assign ROOM ASSIGN MANUAL. This feature is used when you want to assign a room during the reservation. this is also the same program that will pop up during check-in when the room has not been assigned yet.
How to Assign Room?
- Search the reservation. (See image 1)
- Go to the "Folios functions" tab and Locate the assign room button. (see image 2)
- After clicking the "assign room" feature, a new box will pop up. (follow the illustration, see image 3). Repeat steps A & B for the next folio.
This is the same box that will pop up, during the check-in process when the room has not been assigned yet.
