Opening stock is based on the volume of the item PM x SM X CM = Volume
Remarks: This is a “Per Property” program. This means, add edit, delete will not affect other properties.
To Add
- Select the department and the stock location.
- You can search by item categories or search by item.
- Click Search.
- Select the exact date of the opening stock. The date before the live date. If the live date is October 23, it's better if you select Oct 22 as the date of the OS.
- Enter the volume of the item(s) to which you want to add the opening stock. VOLUME = (PMXSMXCM)
- Check the last price and update the price if it's zero or if the price is incorrect before you click Submit. The last price is based on the PM (purchase measurement)
- Click Submit when done.
- The same procedure when you want to edit or if you made a mistake with the qty. For example, you entered 100qty first but it should be 90qty. All you need to do is re-enter the exact qty which is 90 and double-check the last price before you submit.
