Any ticket sold in POS ticketing, POS SPA, and created in the manage reservation program can be managed here.

This program allows you to perform the following actions.

  • Print the ticket or in PDF
  • and this is also the program you use to reschedule, change the validation/session date
  • invalidate the ticket, you can only invalidate if none of the tickets on that folio has been knocked off.
  • Restore an invalidated ticket.
  • Reverse the ticket that has been knocked off.

You can search the ticket using these options.

  • By Scanning
  • POS invoice ID
  • Reservation ID
  • or folio ID. 


To Print the PDF file

  1. Search the ticket.
  2. Select which ticket you want to reprint, select the box or click on the "Select All button" and then click on "Continue with selected" (see image 2)
  3. Click on the PDF button
  4. Click the "Print" button.
  5. The pdf file will be generated.

Example

To Print the Ticket using the POS printer.

  1. Search the ticket.
  2. Select which ticket you want to reprint, select the box or click on the "Select All button" and then click on "Continue with selected".
  3. Click on the Printer button
  4. Select where you want to print the ticket.
  5. Click the "Print" button.



To Invalidate

This will invalidate all tickets under this invoice for that BDI.

You can also invalidate certain tickets only. 

You need to provide a reason before you can invalidate the ticket.

To Restore Invalidated Ticket

You have to provide a reason before you can restore an invalidated ticket.

To Manage the ticket (Change the Validation, session or change to a different attraction)

  1. Search the ticket.
  2. Select the attraction main folio, if there are multiple Main folios. There is no need to select if there's only one main folio. 
  3. Select which ticket you want to manage, select the box or click on the "Select All button" and then click on "Continue with selected".



To Reverse the ticket that has been knocked off

Scan the ticket number that you want to reverse. Click on the reverse button.
