Spa Assignment applies to all types of spa reservations. This program is used purely for the following functions
- Assignment of rooms, therapist, and treatment (Walk in and Room Service).
- Reschedule a treatment that has been assigned.
- Cancelation of scheduled treatment.
- Changing the status to complete when treatment is done.
- Release the assigned room when all assigned treatments are completed
- Printing of Assignment (by invoice or any assigned)
To assign (Non-Room Service Transaction)
- Select the outlet and select the section.
- Select the room where the treatment will be done. Once the room is selected a new box will pop up. Red means occupied, and Green means vacant
- Scan the ticket using the scanner. You can also paste the ticket number if you copied the number from the ticket management program.
4. Left Box: Shows the list of the therapist that is available and the ones that have been assigned. Select the therapist.
5. Right Box: Click the assign Button on the BDI (treatment) that you want to assign, this could be one more BDI. Make sure you select the right one.
6. Select the date & time. Click the OK button to confirm the schedule
7. This is what it looks like after the assignment.
8. When the treatment is done, click the button completed.
9. When all the treatments under that room are done, the release button can be clicked. If one of the BDI (treatment) is not tagged as completed, you will not able to release the room.
To Reschedule
- Click the Reschedule button and select the therapist.
- Select the date & time. Click Ok to confirm
To Cancel
The cancel button is only available if the status is still ongoing, expired, or scheduled. You cannot cancel an assignment if the status is completed.
- Click on the cancel button.
- Enter the reason for cancelation, and click ok.
The status will be changed to pending.
