This program is used to link the agency and the employee (salesperson). The result of this linking will be the basis of the sales performance report. Some properties do give a commission to a salesperson. To be able to check their performance, you must link the employee name that handles that agency. If the reservation is created by person A and that agency is tagged to person B. In the report, it will all show under the person's B name. If there is no linking, it will still appear in the report but sales person column will be blank if the reservation has an agency. If the reservation does not have an agency, the name of the salesperson in the sales performance report will be the person who created the reservation.
How to link?
- You can search the employee by Department or by employee name. By default, ehors list down all employee names.
- Select the employee name that you want to link to an agency.
- You can search the agency by Market segment, source, Region, and sub region. The result will be based on the selected filter. By default, ehors shows all the agencies.
- Select the agency/agencies by ticking the box. You can link multiple agencies to one employee.
- Click Submit when done, the agency selected for linking will be in blue color. (see image 2)
If you want to unlink, repeat steps 1 to 3 untick to unlink, and then submit.
