This program allows the user to transfer complete recipes including their sub-recipes. This program is very helpful if there is a central kitchen or bakery supplying kiosks or banquets with recipes instead of items. The receiving part is done in the program stock location transfer/location transfer (STOCK LOCATION TRANSFER MANUAL) receive tab.
How to transfer?
- Select from the recipe type or search the recipe name based on a string, there is no need to type the full name
Select multiple recipes or one recipe only to be transferred.
When location from, to, has been selected and qty has been entered the submit button is released.
Click the "submit" button.
All stock locations are allowed, There's a color distinction between count in PA yes and count in PA no location.s Transfers can only be done from these location statuses.
PA yes = PA yes (allowed)
PA no = PA no (allowed)
PA yes= PA no (not allowed) the submit button will not be enabled.
Count in PA "yes" locations are in BLUE color.
Count in PA "no" locations are in green color.
5. After clicking submit, the items involved are displayed in the right grid. Click the "Submit/send" button. Click Reset, if you don't want to continue. Always double check before you click submit.
