Pos register is a simple pop-up linked to the guest profile. For the ticketing, this is used to be able to trace the guest in the theme park if needed as well as statistical information.
For the Spa, it is used to enable the guest to fill in questionnaires related to their preferred treatment as well as special needs. The CRM Questionnaire is used to create these questions.
This feature will only be activated if the system setting for ticketing and for Spa is set to 'y', the default value of the setting = 'n'.
If the system setting is yes, the box for the registration will pop up whenever you select an outlet.
Enter the guest's name and email address and mobile number. Click Submit when done.
The guest will then receive an email, see the below example.
