This document describes the advised/preferred sequence of events to build up the E-Hors database.
There are many roads leading to Rome, therefore this is advice and not a mandatory sequence, except for the first 2 steps.
Does certain metadata have prerequisites in which case this document will refer to these prerequisites.? Each button has a hyperlink to the relevant subjects in the online manual.
Note: The pink color, underlined boxes have hyperlinks to the related manual. The light blue color boxes refer to a group and not a program. If boxes are connected with arrows, the sequence must be followed.

Step 1: This step is the mandatory 1st step and applies to all types of users.

Step 2: Finance is the heart of E-Hors WinX, therefore the first part of the Accounting system is also a mandatory step.

The next steps are depending on the type of business. Multiple business types can be applicable. E.g. if the user has a Hotel with F&B and Spa, the user has to follow the flows for Hotel, Food & Beverage as well as Spa. You will notice that several programs are used in all of the business types.
Follow the sequence as shown. These are the minimum requirements to be able to work with WinX. There are many programs that will improve results and efficiency.
The flow hereunder does not include these programs, but purely the minimum basis needed.
Very important modules that make the difference are: Purchasing, Inventory Management Purchasing & Inventory Management are critical for accurate dashboards, CRM and Guest Service. Please click on the module to learn more.
