GUEST ARRIVED MONITOR MANUAL

wvx-265This program is monitoring the rooms that need to be cleaned urgently as requested by FO using the feature Guest Arrived.

FO informs HK that the guest arrives using the guest arrived button under create reservation program, this only applies to all the room status except for the vacant clean rooms. 

Guest Arrive Batch Released: During the night, a batch program usually runs around 6 o'clock in the morning will clear any outstanding guest arrive records as this status only have value for one day.
