This program is used to charge guests after checking out (the folio is already closed) or over-the-counter sales, for example, internet sales.


How to use it?

  1. Select the outlet to which the BDI (breakdown item) is linked to.
  2. Select the BDI(s) that you want to charge.
  3. If the BDI you selected has the price already, the user will not be able to overwrite the price. But if the price of the BDI is zero, you can enter any price you like.
  4. Enter the qty, default is 1.  If this is meant for refund or a negative correction, enter the qty as negative, and automatically the amount will also be negative.
  5. Select add item(s). Once you click add items, the data you selected will be displayed on the right panel.

   6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 if you want to add more BDI's. 

   7. Remarks: you can also add remarks on each BDI, this is not mandatory.

   8. Cancel Invoice - this will cancel whatever is displayed on the panel.

   9. Cancel Item - this will cancel only the selected item from the right panel.

  10. Add discount - Click this button if you want to add a discount. You can give a discount to all items or a selected item only. Discount is by percentage or an amount. 

  11. Click Pay when done.
