This is the program that lets the end users use the reports that have been built in the E-Hors program Create P&L / Balance Sheet. Once the report is released from the program Exco reports, the report will appear in the dropdown of the Financial Statement program.

To Generate the Report

1. Select if you want to generate the P&L or Balance Sheet Report.
2. Select Actual or Budget.
3. Report: Select the Report Name
4. Select if
   1. Month, if this is selected the Room Statistics and Grand Total F&B are still clickable. This will also be generated in PDF and excel at the same time.
   2. Quarter: if this is selected the Room Statistics and Grand Total F&B will not be displayed. This will only be generated in excel.
   3. 12 Month Progressively: if this is selected the Room Statistics and Grand Total F&B will not be displayed. This will only be generated in excel.
   4. Fiscal Year: if this is selected the Room Statistics and Grand Total F&B will not be displayed. This will only be generated in excel
