E-HORS PROGRAMS MANUAL

This is an "All Property" program.

This means adding new records is all, editing and deleting are per property

E-Hors programs consist of the actual end-user programs and they belong to a group of programs.

This module is available for Ehors administrator users only. It allows the administrator to release, edit, deactivate, and reactivate a program.

To Edit

1. Click the "edit" icon and start editing the data.
2. Click "submit" when done.
3. Click "Cancel" if you don't want to make any changes.

To Delete (deactivate)

Double-check first before deactivating any program.

1. Navigate to the program name you want to deactivate, and click the "deactivate" button.
2. Are you sure you want to de-activate this record?
3. Click "Yes".

Show In-active

UN-tick the box to show in-active records.

To Re-activate

1. Navigate to the deactivated program that you want to re-activate, and click the "re-activate" button.
2. Are you sure you want to re-activate this record?
3. Click yes.
