This feature is only applicable for a reservation that has Agency. During the reservation, you can immediately route the charges (revenue type) that will be paid by the agent.
How to Set Charge to Agent "yes" during reservation?
- Create the reservation by adding the guest's name or searching the guest's profile.
- Select the Market segment & source
- Select the Agency
- Tick the charge to the agent box. There will be a popup
After Clicking the "charge to agent yes"
- Select the folio, If there is only 1 agency folio, the agency folio is automatically selected.
- Select the revenue type that will be routed to the agent.
- Click Submit when done.
How to Set Charge to Agent "yes/no" after the reservation is created?
- Search the reservation by entering the reservationID.
- Click Enter.
3. Go to Reservation Function Tab and locate Charge to Agency. There will be a Pop-up.
If the selected reservation has been routed to the agency already, you will see that the revenue type(s) is/are selected.
If all are selected and you want to change the status from charge to agent yes to no, just tick the charge to agent no box next to submit button.
Click submit when done.
