This program is very different than the previous version. Here are the features that a user can do in this program.
- It is a report.
- It is a "Tetris" type of room swap, whereby a selected room can be swapped to any row. If that row has data, E-hors must swap that data to alternative rows.
The purpose of this swap is to optimize available rooms. We supported this "Tetris" concept in V2, but it was never implemented in V3 for unknown reasons. - An "In House" room can be swapped to:
- a free room, vacant clean (VC)
- a reserved room, vacant clean (VC)
- A "Reserved Room" can be swapped to:
- a reserved room, any room status
- free room, any room status
- You can also assign a room in this program, only If the status is "TBA".
- Swap Lock and Swap Unlock. You can protect the room from swapping to another room based on system settings.
- Release Assign is also available in this program.
Date From and Date Until Ehors shows 13 days by default, if you click the"Next Set" it will move to another set of 13 days.
Room Type: Select the room type(s) that you want to be displayed on the grid. Clicking the "Select All" button might affect the performance as it will load all types of rooms. If you need to select all types of rooms, I suggest that you combine it with another filter, and select the room location as well.
Refresh: This will only refresh the result of the selected criteria.
How To Swap (Reserved Room) Status
After the room has been swapped.
If you swap the room to a lower or higher category than what has been reserved. This message will pop up. You'll need to choose if you want to keep the rate or change the rate.
If you want to keep the room and protect it for swapping to another room by another user, you can use the lock function.
After being locked, it can only be unlocked by yourself or anyone that has higher access level than yours.
Please provide remarks for the locking.
This indicates that this room is locked for swapping.
How to Unlock the room for swapping.
Select the locked room, and click the Swap Unlock button. This is only possible if you have the sufficient level defined as per your property settings, and if you are the one who locked the room from swapping.

Reservations that don't have room assignments yet, will have a "TBA" next to the room type. You can also assign the room here by clicking the TBA. Ehors will display how many folios still have to be assigned.
